Precautions before installation of construction elevator
The construction lift is used for the vertical transportation of personnel and materials during the construction process, and it is an indispensable important equipment on the construction site. What preparations are required before the installation of the construction lift? Take Yi'an hoistway construction elevator as an example to explain the preparation of hoistway construction elevator.
(1) The installation personnel shall work with certificates and accept technical, safety and other disclosures.
(2) The installation operators shall wear safety belts and dress neatly. Hard soled shoes and high-heeled shoes are prohibited.
(3) Select the location of the elevator shaft foundation, and before pouring the concrete foundation, check again whether the connection point between the standard joint axis and the wall bracket meets the use requirements of the wall bracket. The foundation shall be concreted as required.
(4) Confirm whether the elevator is deformed or damaged during transportation, and whether the parts are complete.
(5) The power supply voltage at the installation site is 380V ± 5% (the export products are based on the power supply voltage of the country), and the power supply power is not less than the total power of the whole machine of each model. If the power is supplied by the generator on site, it must have reactive power compensation and voltage stabilization functions to ensure that the power quality meets the requirements.
(6) Special power box shall be set at the installation site. The distance from the power box to the grid shall not exceed 20m. Generally, one piece for each lift car is more than 3 × For the connection of 16 square square copper cables, if the distance between the incoming power supply exceeds 20 m, the sectional area of the cable between the power box and the power grid shall be appropriately increased.
(7) Prepare four 10-15mm thick Q235 steel backing plates (size 500 × 500mm), which is used to pad under the fixed chassis to increase the contact area between the fixed chassis and the shaft foundation.
(8) Prepare a set of common tools, including measuring plumb, level ruler and a theodolite.
(9) Have a suitable lifting equipment (tower crane can also be used on site).
(10) There are transportation roads and stacking sites.
