Safety precautions for construction hoist
In the construction, safety management is very important. How can we ensure the safe construction of hoistway construction elevators? I have compiled five safety precautions, let's get to know!
01 Inspection of equipment structure
(1) Check the tightness of the connecting bolts between the standard section and the foundation, and check whether the nuts are loose. (2) Check the welding quality of each component. (3) Check whether the attached members are set in strict accordance with the instructions, and whether the fastening method and connection method are correct. During the daily inspection, the relatively serious phenomenon that is easy to cause safety accidents is that the pin shaft and bolt used for consolidation and connection are replaced by reinforcement and iron wire by the construction enterprise.
02 Check floor stopping
The construction enterprise shall, in accordance with the requirements of relevant specifications, reasonably set up effective safety protection doors at each parking floor of the elevator, and strengthen the management of safety protection doors.
03 Check the transmission system of the equipment
First, check the reducer for oil leakage. Second, check the clearance of the drive belt to ensure that it is controlled within 0.2-0.5mm. Third, check the engagement clearance. The optimal clearance is about 2mm. Fourth, check the wear of gears and racks to avoid excessive axial misalignment, reduce transmission strength and cause tooth breakage. In a word, the elevator must be stable without obvious vibration and abnormal noise during operation.
04 Check the safety switch of the elevator
Although most construction elevators are equipped with necessary safety switches scientifically according to the requirements of the regulations before leaving the factory, in the actual use process, many units choose to cancel the safety switch manually for convenience. For example, when carrying longer objects required for construction, due to insufficient space of the cage, the ceiling door limit is canceled directly or some units ignore the repair after the safety switch is damaged, These situations have hidden serious security risks. Therefore, during the daily inspection, we must focus on the management of the elevator safety switch, formulate a strict inspection system and equipment maintenance system, ensure the effectiveness of the safety switch, and prohibit the use of the elevator to carry people and goods when the safety facilities are not perfect, so as to prevent the occurrence of safe construction.
05 Inspection of circuit protection
The operation of construction elevator without protective device or with protective device failure is likely to lead to safe construction. However, the first reaction of most maintenance personnel after the failure of the guarantee device of the elevator is not to check, eliminate and repair as soon as possible, but to directly short-circuit or cancel the protection device, which greatly increases the potential safety hazards of the equipment. In the daily inspection, the occurrence of this situation should be resolutely eliminated.
